Steel Pipe Frame Compost Tumbler Instructions

in the picture above is all the steel pipe frame work that you will need to assemble the Frame for the composter.  Except the four short pipes are not needed.  We upgraded our equipment so the pipe will slide inside the other pipe, so  the 4 short pipes are not used.

A word of Caution occasionally there are metal filing at the ends of the pipe that are sharp.  We try to file them down but sometimes they are missed.  They will cut you so be careful.

I will call the pipes that are U shaped on the bottom right side above as being "U Shaped Pipe"

the pipes above it I call "C Shaped Pipe"

The there are the one long pipe is used to go thru the barrel to rotate the tumbler

Now slide the "C Shaped Pipe over the short pipe you just inserted into the "U Shaped Pipe"

This is what it should look like it goes 90 degrees to the "U Shaped Pipe" do this also on the other side.

then side the other "U Shaped Pipe" on the "C shaped Pipe and your frame is Complete.

Now set the barrel inside the frame and slide the long pipe into the barrel all the way thru so you should have about 2" of pipe showing on each side.

Now line up the hole that are predrilled with each other and insert the furnished bolts and tighten.

Your tumbler is now complete and ready to use.  Locate on a level surface.
